Ziwa Rhino and Wildlife Ranch, located in Nakasongola district, is the proud home of the only wild rhinos in Uganda. This unique sanctuary is the result of the Rhino re-introduction project, a collaboration between Rhino Fund Uganda and the Uganda Wildlife Authority.

Situated just 176km (100 miles) north of Kampala on the Gulu highway towards Murchison Falls, Ziwa Rhino & Wildlife Ranch is easily accessible by road. Simply branch off at Nakitoma trading centre and follow the signs leading to our sanctuary. The journey provides a scenic drive and anticipation for the incredible wildlife encounters that await.
